Point league is used for scoring multi-session events or events like "best three out of five" or "best ten this autumn". Sometimes this kind of contest is referred to as "league table", "multi-session" or "pairs ladder". Here are some basic features:

  • Individual or pair-based
  • Add total score, total percentage or a score based on rank
  • Include all results or just the top n results in the result list
  • Add all reported results or create an average
  • Show contest/session results in reverse order for better readability (optional)

    Reporting a contest to a point league is not available in the Magic Contest demo version.

    Score based on rank
    Three kinds of scores can be awarded based on rank:

  • "Appearance" score can be awarded to the entire field or a top-percentage of the field
  • "Performance" score can be awarded for each pair that is beaten
  • "Bonus" score can be awarded to the top ranked pairs
